Happenings
The University of Pittsburgh at Greensburg has been
designated a Military Friendly School for the seventh
consecutive year by Victory Media. Institutions earning the
Military Friendly® School designation are evaluated using public
data sources and responses from a proprietary survey. Approximately
14 percent of Pitt-Greensburg's enrollment is made up
of veterans, active military, and spouses or
dependents using military benefits.

Club Please

for student recitals and audience in shared artistic programs and

Scholarship Opportunities
The David A. Bielski Education Scholarship, offered through the
Northwestern Pennsylvania Area Labor Federation, AFL-CIO (NWPA ALF)
is now available. This $500 award opportunity is open to
recipients that are affiliated as a union member, dependent of a
union member or grandchild of a union member in good standing
of a local union affiliate and enrolled in an accredited degreed
program at a system of higher education for the 2018-2019

Needed!
Mock Interview Night
Alumni Interviewers needed! Mock Interview Night is scheduled
for Tuesday, February 6, 2018. Presented by the Offices of Alumni
Relations and Career Services, Mock Interview Night
connects alumni with students for a night of practice
interviews and professional development. Its a great
event for alumni who live both near and far! Alumni are
needed as one-on-one, panel, phone, and Skype

Pitt-Plus is a
program sponsored by the University of Pittsburgh-Greensburg’s
Student Government Association (SGA) and Office of
Student Activities. This program is designed to assist in
providing and/or advertising discounts and services to current
students, faculty, and staff from local businesses.
Discounts range
from 10-15% or other extra incentives are offered. New
businesses are being added on an on going basis for our
