The David A. Bielski Education Scholarship, offered through the Northwestern Pennsylvania Area Labor Federation, AFL-CIO (NWPA ALF) is now available. This $500 award opportunity is open to recipients that are affiliated as a union member, dependent of a union member or grandchild of a union member in good standing of a local union affiliate and enrolled in an accredited degreed program at a system of higher education for the 2018-2019 academic year.
