to Career Development and Advancement
workshop on Wednesday, November 14 at 6:30 p.m. in Campana Chapel
and Lecture Hall. Featured presenter, executive recruiter
and alumnus Gerry Peterson (’80), will focus on career
development from entry level to top management roles.

The
Pitt-Greensburg Theatre Company presents Dracula,
a play by Steven Dietz based on Bram Stocker's novel of the
same name. The production will run November 15 through
November 17. in Ferguson Theater (Smith Hall). Director Stephen
Schrum, PhD, borrows from techniques used in 1930s radio
drama, including a musician who will provide live mood music

Pitt-Greensburg Chorale and Chamber Singers will present two
performances of "A Great Vision," featuring the works of
Rossini, Boulanger, and Debussy. Christopher Bartley, director of
music at Pitt-Greensburg, leads the group, which is accompanied by
pianist Matt Klumpp.

It’s time to jingle and mingle! Kick off the
holiday season with the PGAA’s Merry Mingle on Friday,
December 7 at 7 p.m. in the Millstein Library. Formerly the
Holiday Wine Tasting, the Merry Mingle is a new take on an
annual favorite. Have a photo taken with Bruiser,
participate in the ugly holiday sweater contest, sample
delicious appetizers, indulge in a hot chocolate bar, and

Written/Spoken Series welcomes writers Sharla Yates and Ben Gwin to
campus Monday, November 5, at 7 p.m. in the Mary Lou Campana Chapel
and Lecture Center. The reading is FREE and open to the

Clark and Liz Laughlin will open. A book sale and signing
will follow the event.

The US Department of
Education awarded the University of Pittsburgh at
Greensburg a Supplemental Award to the Title III
Strengthening Institutions Program (SIP) grant received October
2016. The Supplemental Award, in the amount of $147,656 augments
the original $2,037,865 being applied to academic
programs, institutional management, and fiscal stability at
Pitt-Greensburg.

Alumnus of Distinction award was presented to CNX Resources
Corporation executive, Timothy C. Dugan by the Pitt-Greensburg
Alumni Association (PGAA) during the campus's Blue & Gold
Weekend: Homecoming 2018 Alumni Celebration Dinner. As
the highest honor given by the PGAA to an individual
alumnus/alumna annually, the criteria acknowledges excellence
among alumni of Pitt-Greensburg.

Pitt-Plus is a
program sponsored by the University of Pittsburgh-Greensburg’s
Student Government Association (SGA) and Office of
Student Activities. This program is designed to assist in
providing and/or advertising discounts and services to current
